You don’t know me but I felt that I should write to you to commend the service that we have received from your Suzuki Sales team.

I made a initial inquiry and spoke with Shane about a used Vitara you had advertised, I explained I was looking for a nearly new car for my daughter who had recently had a bad experience with her last car and dealership (Vauxhall) and lost faith in the car sales market. I explained the situation and told Shane I was looking for someone to restore her confidence and treat her well.

Shane explained the situation to Barry and he took over looking after us, I cannot praise Barry and his bedside manner enough he looked after Amy as if she were is own daughter, he listened to everything she wanted and treated her like a princess with nothing being to much trouble. Barry is a lovely man and obviously takes pride in his role at Suzuki and he treats people with respect and dignity, you have a salesman to be proud of.

Please thank Barry and Shane so much they have made a young lady very happy and my life a lot less stressful.

Also I briefly spoke with Ian he also was a nice gentleman and very accommodating, I can guarantee you have a family of Beechwood converts who will certainly be recommending and using your services for many years to come.

Absolutely fantastic service. I went in looking for a specific car they had for sale and they let me look at every bit of it without an issue, then they let me take it for an hour long test drive and did not call up and disturb me. When I got back to the dealership I was unsure on the car and asked a few questions.

I went home after and wondered if it was the right choice and they didn't disturb me once, the next day I called them to leave a deposit.

It took 1 week to get my car but that was due to their paint correction person not being in. Throughout this week I was also given a 19 plate Susuki S-cross as a courtesy car with half a tank of petrol in and just Valetted then also gave me 1 week insurance with it and were happy to extend the insurance if it took a bit longer for my car.

By the time I got my car back, they put 1 year MOT on it, a full service, a new wiper blade, rust correction, paint correction and alloy correction. This was all for no extra cost and no hassle what to ever. When I saw the car in the lot it was ready and waiting at the front and it looked genuinely like a new car, I even thought that they had bought new alloys for the car.

Lastly they got me some drive away insurance and reminded me about taxing the car (as I almost forgot).

They were so friendly throughout the time with them and answered all my questions throughout my time with them without an issue. Also they wouldn't blag anything, if anyone got confused they would just go and ask the appropriate person which really kept my mind at ease.

I would 100% go back there to buy another car in the future because of the amazing service and cannot thank them enough for helping me.

Beechwood Garage provided an excellent friendly and professional service from start to finish thanks to Rob, Tony and Mike and my lovely car was delivered to Southport from Derby by Paul who went through all the paperwork making the whole experience effortless. I would thoroughly recommend Beechwood Motor Group to friends and family and one day I look forward to driving to Derby to thank them personally.

Very friendly, extremely helpful, non-pushy sales talk everything you wouldn't expect from a car sales team. Couldn't be more delighted to have bought our SuzukiVitara from this dealership. Everyhing about the car was as descibed on website. When viewing the car all covid 19 safety requirements were in place and adhered to. Having a particularly fussy husband, he spotted a few marks and blemishs on the car which were no trouble for the team to fix before we collected it a couple of days later. Simon was our main point of contact who was extremely helpful with sorting all the paperwork out and dealing quickly with our after sales requests.
We can't praise the service we received highly enough.

Took my car for its service and was a bit worried about the Covid-19 situation. No need to be! On entry to the Reception area you are asked to put on a mask, gloves and pop your keys in a plastic bag. Nobody touches those keys then until you pick up your car later. They simply pushed the key through the plastic bag to gain entry to my car. I was advised the Technician would have all PPE and that all of the touch areas (ie steering wheel, gear stick, buttons etc) would also be cleaned after the Technician had finished the service. The only thing that they couldn't do was clean the car which was disappointing but obviously understandable in these times. Again, when I collected the car after its service, I was asked to follow the previously mentioned procedure. There was a one way in and one way out system in place. The staff kept their social distancing in place whilst with me (ie when inspecting the car prior to the service) and there were plenty of face masks, gloves, hand gel etc to use. All in all I was impressed with the whole procedure and would advise that if anyone is a little worried if they have to take their own car, don't be. Great service. Thank you!

Superb Service - I came all the way from Manchester. The car was reserved for me & when I arrived it was parked at the front for me to view. (Nice touch). Barry looked after us on both my visits and he was a credit to Beechwood. To be fair the car sold itself on price and model.
Barry even called me the day after to make sure all was well. Now that's what I call customer service. Would recommend anyone looking for a Suzuki New or used to visit Beechwood.

I'm not on here to comment on the work carried out as I'm not a mechanic so im not qualified to say if the work is satisfactory or not. Everything seems o.k. as it always is. Beechwood have been looking after my car since i bought it new from them 3 years ago. I would however like to thank LIZA, for her helpful professionalism in her calming the situation down when the work over run by a good half day. O.K. it wasn't the end of the world situation but LIZA is the sort of person id love in my business, and staff, like her, who can really be good with the public are worth there weight in gold. Note to Beechwood , you have a great asset in Liza, and in others of your staff who make us customers want to stay with your company. Keep up the good work.
